Backing up:

• Starting in 2021, set up QuickBooks to use the supplied backup.
• I also use iDrive or Carbonite as a Cloud backup.
• I also have an external drive that I back up my file to every time I use it.
• I also use a USB Flash Drive for fast and easy backups. (I use two and take one off premises).

NOTE: Never write over the last backup or you could lose your only backup if there is a glitch (“hiccup“) while doing the backup.
