Restore a QuickBooks file:

* Put the file you want to restore on your Desktop

* Open QuickBooks – Click on File

* Click on Restore

* Select Restore File or Restore Portable file

* Go to desktop and double-click on the file you want to restore

* Save the file (use the same name or a different one if you don’t want to overwrite your existing fil file).
